It doesn't matter who you are or what school you attend. Any teen needs help at times, sorting through things like:

poor communication or arguing with your parents
failing grades
having difficulty with a teacher
using chemicals or concerns about your parents chemical use
not going to school
problems expressing your anger
some kind of abuse or neglect
problems dealing with separation or divorce
in trouble with the law
wanting to run away, or you're already on the run....

You are not alone -- many of Minneapolis' west suburban teens deal with things like this.

We talk to teens and parents every day. Teens Alone counselors are here to listen. We don't have all the answers, but we'll try to help you find answers that make sense to your family. Our services are available for youth (ages 10-18) and their families who live in the Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Orono, St. Louis Park, and Wayzata school districts. We are free and confidential.
